Our biggest core update yet. We've rolled out sentence-level aspect parsing and a granular 6-dimension emotional taxonomy to detect customer risk factors.

  • Aspect-Based Sentiment: Extracts independent sentiment tags for product UI, pricing, support, etc., within a single sentence.
  • 6 Core Emotion Taxonomy: Classifies text vectors across Joy, Surprise, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust.
  • EmailJS Form Integrations: Connected contact and guided demo requests to automated inbox alerts.
  • CSV Batch Limits: Updated batch limits to 100 rows on the Hobby plan and 10,000 on the Pro plan.
