1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OPINIS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OPINIS provides AI-powered sentiment and emotion analysis via a web dashboard and API. The Service processes text data submitted by users and returns analytical insights including sentiment scores, emotion breakdowns, and keyword extraction.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the full Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Limits

  • Hobby tier: 500 analyses per month, 10 API requests per minute.
  • Starter tier: 10,000 analyses per month, 30 API requests per minute.
  • Pro tier: 500,000 analyses per month, 100 API requests per minute.
  • Enterprise tier: Custom limits per agreement.

Exceeding your plan's limits will result in API requests being rate-limited until the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process illegal or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI models.
  • Submit prompt injection attacks or attempt to manipulate AI outputs.
  • Share or resell API keys without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits.

6. Data Processing

We process your submitted text solely for the purpose of analysis. Text is sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq) for processing. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and retention.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the text you submit. Analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your use. The OPINIS platform, including its design, code, and AI prompts, is our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
