1. Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with OPINIS. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases on our Starter and Pro tiers.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. Additionally, your account usage must not exceed 10% of the monthly limits of the plan you purchased (e.g. fewer than 1,000 analyses for the Starter tier).
Renewal payments, custom Enterprise plans, and accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to billing@pulseintel.io from the email address associated with your OPINIS account. Please include your subscription ID and the reason you are requesting a refund.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through our payment processor (Razorpay). The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
